Our products consists of printed books, digital books, videos, and audio files.

Due to DRM we protect our content with unobtrusive watermarks.

This means there is no automatic downloads for digital content. 

We process everything by hand.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Due to holidays or time zone difference it can be up to 48 hours.

The number one obstacle to efficient delivery of your order is email.

If the download links gets buried in the inbox or spam folder then a customer might believe wrongly that their order hasn’t been delivered.

The bulk of our customers use Gmail as primary email address. Gmail is notorious for dropping our links into the spam folders.

This is why it is critical that you white list our emails to ensure smooth delivery.

These are the two emails that need to be white listed:

Download links are sent from hightail.com

An account isn’t necessary to download the books. However, it might be helpful and it is free.

Please note that audio packs can be as large as many GBs.

Large packs of audio files are sent in Zip or Rar format. You can open these files using free WinZip or WinRar.

These apps are not compatible with Iphones or Android phones.

If you don’t have access to a laptop or PC then contact us to arrange a different delivery method.

Video files are not available for download due to DRM.

These are available on our private membership page at www.sacredmagic.org

An account will be created for you and an email will be sent with your log-in and password.

You will be notified by email when access is granted for future videos that you may purchase.
